Job description

Under the responsibility and in close collaboration with the « Business Development Manager », you will contribute to the growth of MITIS Company by developing the business and the network of potential clients or partners.

In this context, you will identify key players in the sector, meet with future clients and promote our portfolio of varied and innovative products and services. You will contribute to improving MITIS’ visibility in the market and confirming the relevance of the offer through first sales.

Your key responsibilities and main missions

  • You propose and deploy a business plan in line with your objectives and MITIS’ corporate strategy.
  • You ensure the commercial development of new geographical areas and create new opportunities for sales growth.
  • You manage and coordinate customer relations with all the company’s stakeholders.
  • You analyse customer requests or objectives, make technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate within the framework of the commercial strategy.
  • You collaborate with MITIS sales representatives.
  • You develop sales pitches and participate in marketing strategies.
  • You participate in the watch strategy.

Your profile

Master’s degree or engineer. A double qualification in business (certificate, diploma) would be a plus.

You have a first professional experience of technical sales in the Aeronautics field, in which you have developed a network. A good knowledge of the target market is essential.

You speak fluent or native German, with English B2 or C1 CECRL.

Your excellent interpersonal skills (communication, empathy, leadership, listening, negotiation, curiosity) will enable you to be recognized by your internal and external contacts.

Customer and result oriented, you have a strong propensity to travel.
